Subject	Should that hole be there?

Message	So I just got my Z1 side mounts and during install noticed my passenger side stock recirc valve has what appears to be a hole drilled in the bottom. I checked the driver side and there isn't a hole in it. I just bought this car, so is this stock or someone's attempt to make this into a bov?
